1. If I am logged in, can I still post anonymously?

Yes! When you are posting a new apology or response to someone else's apology, click the "Post Anonymously" checkbox. Your post is anonymous to even our tech department. It is truly anonymous.


2. Can I delete a posting?

If you are the author of that posting (i.e. NOT anonymous), you can delete a posting. However, you may Contact Us and request removal of a particular posting that you feel may be in violation with our terms of use and/or community guidelines.


3. What are subscriptions?

You may subscribe to a particular Topic or a specific Apology if you would like to be notified when someone responds or otherwise posts to that subject. (i.e., See if your apology is accepted or if others respond.)


4. Can others see my profile?

Yes. Any logged in member can search for and view your profile. Profile information is completely optional. Do not put private or contact information in your profile.


5. What is a signature?

A signature is an optional message that is applied to the end of every post. This signature is NOT applied if you post anonymously.
